Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a link to take your Gallup Strengthsfinder assessment which will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.

Ensure that you are in a quiet environment and free from distraction.

When scheduling a time with a coach, be aware that you must first complete the Strengthsfinder assessment and await its return which can take up to 24 hours.

You must  take the time to study this report before your one to one debrief.
